Services

Our team consists of GPs, Practice Liaisons, Medical Receptionists, and Practice Nurses. By combining our talents, abilities and skills, we aim to provide you with excellent, personalised, confidential, easily accessible care for yourself, your family and your business. Just tell us your needs and we will work as a team to ensure they are met.

Standard appointments with the Doctors and Nurses are 15 minutes long.  It is usually only possible to deal with one problem in that time and it may be that the doctor will ask you to re-book.  If you think you will need longer, please book a longer appointment which may incur an extra fee.

If you need extended time with our doctors please let the receptionist know. In the same way, if you need a procedure, such as an ECG, ear syringing, excision and so on, please let the receptionist know so that appropriate time can be booked to minimise your wait.

After hours

When we are closed our phones are diverted to Whakarongorau Aotearoa (formerly Homecare Medical) Nurse-Led Telephone Triage.

The Registered Nurse will be able to provide advice if you are feeling unwell and help you to access medical care if you require it. If you need to be seen by a doctor the registered nurses at HML will refer you to the appropriate service.

We hope that this extension to our service will provide improved support and access to the best care during the times we are unable to provide it to you ourselves.

If you have any questions or would like to know more please call us on 03 323 6789. As always we welcome your feedback so please do not hesitate to inform us of your experiences with this service.
