Practice Plus is a New Zealand registered company where patients can go online and book a telehealth appointment with registered GP’s. They are available from 8 am- 10 pm weekdays or 8 am-8 pm weekends.
Cost for a consultation is:
Adults (14+): Without CSC $79.00 | With CSC $21.00
Child (13 and under): Without CSC $59.00 | With CSC 21.00
Masks are no longer compulsory in the surgery. We do ask that if you have any flu-like symptoms to wear a mask. Masks are available at reception for anyone who wants to wear one. Our staff are able to choose whether or not to wear one. Remember to Be Kind and Be Considerate.
If you have any of the Covid-19 or Flu-like symptoms Please phone reception when you arrive and wait in your car. Remember these symptoms are: Cough, Cold, Sore throat and can include an upset stomach as well.
If you are unwell we ask that you undertake a Covid-19 RAT test the same day as your appointment, prior to coming to the surgery or to arrive 15 minutes early for one of our nurses to do this for you.
Cancelling and Re-Scheduling Appointment Policy:
We understand that everyone’s time is valuable; so you can cancel or re-schedule an appointment. If you cancel within 4 hours of your appointment you may be charged a cancellation/no show fee of $19.50.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are more than 5 minutes after the scheduled appointment time you will be considered as a no show and may be charged the cancellation/no show fee for your missed appointment and you will need to rebook your appointment.
We have a Zero Tolerance Policy at our surgery. We will not tolerate aggressive, rude, or abusive behaviour towards our staff and patients.
If a person has verbally or physically abused a team member, or displayed threatening and disruptive behaviour, it may be necessary to ask the patient to leave and/or terminate the patient’s enrolment.
