Everyone that comes on site will have their temperature taken, this includes anyone else you bring with you.

Unless someone really needs to be with you please come in by yourself (at any of the levels, remember that we are a medical centre so there will be sick people waiting and we don't want anyone catching any illnesses that could have been avoided)

If you are showing flu-like symptoms please phone reception to organise testing, don't come to the surgery without a booking and further instructions. This is for now and when we go back to Level 1, we need to continue with surveillance testing.

Keep safe and continue with hand washing and being kind to one another.
